From our one of a kind custom built infrared material molding table to hand finished molds and precision CNC machined parts, we can design and fabricate a light box to fit your specific needs 

With decades of experience in fiberglass and plastics fabrication it has all come together to produce a light box kit that is truly second to none.

Light weight material for the box, very low profile design, 160 degree wide angle sealed L.E.D. light modules, even distribution of light, air tight box, industrial adhesives, acrylic window for longevity against fading and a custom molded window to the exact fairing shape that gives it that "made for it" shape and look!   

Every truck that I see moving down the highway at night looks pretty much like all the other trucks.

With this lighted billboard coming at you, it is very hard to miss. The eyes are automatically drawn to it. 

Adding lights behind your company logo gives you an advertising advantage. It's that simple. 

We help you choose the size and the exact location of where you want your window and light box installed on your unit.

If you want your window to take on the same shape of a wind deflector or roof fairing so the kit can be set into a cavity, we make a mold of that exact area. 

The window material is then formed from that mold.

Next we design a box that is about one inch smaller in diameter than the window.

The amount of L.E.D. modules and placement are then determined for best overall light distribution.

Once the design is complete it is put into design software where the CNC machine will cut all parts to exacting dimensions ready for duplicating.

The box is then glued up.

The L.E.D.'s are installed with a 12V DC pigtail for easy connection to your power source.

The window is attached to the light box and installed into the fairing cavity or mounted to your unit.

Installation is complete!
